Tricopter Power Distribution Board and Frame Plate

A new power distribution board for the Pro Tricopter Delrin kit v1.2 and above. This stiff power board provides you with 2 battery connections (lipo pigtail, not included), 3 ESC connections, and 7 additional power pads for LEDs, Video TX, voltage meter, OSD, etc. It dramatically speeds up the build of the tricopter kit and makes the build easier and cleaner. The board is also very stiff, which helps to stiffen up the entire tricopter frame. This board replaces the bottom Delrin plate of the Pro Tricopter Kit. The board is black with white silk-screen print. The picture below that shows the board in green is a prototype to illustrate how a wired board might look like with ESCs, lipo pig-tail, and LEDs.

Natural evolution to an already exceptional design. I did not buy my first ver 2 frame for sport flying but find thats all I do with it. Perhaps now I’ll get serious with this frame upgrade. All said to say,,, nice work and keep it coming

Sorry if its a basic or a stupid question but could you detail whats the type of connector on each minus plug? (seems there are small holes to use a different type of connectors)

    Thanks for the reply

What you do is solder your ESCs and your lipo ‘pig tail’ right onto the sliver pads. You do not use any connectors. The small holes are how the pads are connected to the copper layer of the board.

Are there any close up pics of this installed? Just curious about the rear arm placement, as I’m assuming that all connections should be facing up (as shown) which would put the rear ESC connections under the arm. Thanks!

Never mind. They can go facing down and there’s room between the bamboo board.
